 Thin cut braising ribs with hot pepper Mash and Baby Bell Mushroom

Potatoes are cooked in bulk in Automatic Crock Pot, 5lb bag, 8 hours,  drained of water, and mashed with milk and butter, placed in casserole dish

Finely chopped portabella mushroom, hot pepper, onion and tomatoes are browned in skillet in enough quantity to cover entire top of mashed potato in casserole dish

The casserole dish with potato can now be stored in fridge, and quantities taken for each meal.

Farm Boy has a butcher so you can have your meat cut to any size you want. In this case it was very thin cut braising rib in the skillet with mushroom.

Tonight I will eat curry pineapple chicken, with the sauce poured over The same potato recipe.
